{"id":15712,"date":"2025-06-04T11:20:11","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T11:20:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neurosymptoms.org\/?page_id=15712"},"modified":"2025-06-04T11:20:16","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T11:20:16","slug":"inside-fnd","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/neurosymptoms.org\/en\/media\/fnd-videos\/inside-fnd\/","title":{"rendered":"Inside FND"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A film that draws on evidence from patients, clinicians and research to counter common misconceptions about Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This film was created and developed by Dr Caoimhe McLoughlin and Professor Jon Stone from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.annerowlingclinic.org\/clinics\/functional-neurological-disorder-fnd-clinic\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.annerowlingclinic.org\/clinics\/functional-neurological-disorder-fnd-clinic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FND research group<\/a> at the Centre for Clinical Brain Sciences in Edinburgh, UK and Anna Ross from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/grasshopperkreativ.de\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/grasshopperkreativ.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">Grasshopper Kreativ<\/a> in Tubingen, Germany. We are so grateful to the people with FND, Peter, Katerina and Louise, from Canada and the UK who took part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FND has been a stigmatised and misunderstood condition for hundreds of years.
